Our Coaches

Charlotte Hughes

Founder

Charlotte's road into fitness and gym ownership started with her own personal health journey. After a childhood and adolescence filled with unhealthy habits and a general lack of self-care, she was confronted in early adulthood with how tired she was daily.

She realized how disconnected from her body and health her lifestyle was guiding her, so she hired her own coach to lose body fat and get strong. She quickly fell in love with how exercise made her feel more confident and effective in every area of her life. Charlotte then endeavored to create a lifestyle coaching company and team that embodies healthy habits, body image improvement, and a lifestyle coaching modality. She’s especially passionate about helping women untangle their relationships with their bodies, wellness, and self-image. If she’s not working, she can be found reading, cooking, or cuddling one of her fur babies.

Zach Hughes

Coach

Zach's personal fitness journey started at the age of 18 when he used training as a way to reclaim his sense of self after battling severe depression, and he loved it so much that it turned into a career helping others.

Zach has been coaching clients for nearly a decade and has a deep passion for helping people live their best lives through having strong, healthy bodies that support both their physical and mental health. When he’s not in the gym, you’ll likely find him playing video games or enjoying time with his four dogs.

Megan Vergara

Coach

Megan has been a part of the Pantheon family in more ways than one. She trained under Zach as a client for almost a decade prior to deciding to become part of the staff herself.

Megan’s passion began in high school where she competed in Olympic style weight-lifting and she’s been involved in fitness since. She remains a highly active mom and loves to coach other mom’s on how to incorporate wellness into their own hectic routines.

Jake Regalado

Coach

Jake has been coaching since 2017, gaining interest in sustainable training after recovering from 2 orthopedic surgeries. This interest became a passion once he realized that he could help others move better than ever despite their previous injuries.

Always approaching roadblocks with a light-hearted attitude, Jake reminds his clients that they can tackle serious goals with laughs and smiles along the way.
